Description
Ham Western Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with alterations and an addition from the 18th century. It is constructed of random rubble with coped verges and a slate roof, featuring an L-plan layout. The building has two storeys and is composed of one bay on the left and two bays on the right. It includes two and three-light stone-mullioned windows; the two right bays have ovolo-moulded windows, while the left bay has unmoulded windows. The ground floor has a window on the extreme right where the mullions have been removed and a 4-pane casement has been inserted. The two right windows on the ground floor have stopped labels. The door opening has a plain stone surround with a panelled door that has a glazed top panel. Inside, the farmhouse features exposed ceiling beams.
