Farmhouse, C17 origins, heavily remodelled in 1938, rubble stone with stone slate roofs, west end stack and rear stack to main range. Two storeys and attic. Three-window main range has 3-light stone mullion windows with hoodmoulds each side and 2-light over central door. Ground floor windows, door and porch are C20, first floor 3-lights are hollow-moulded of later C17 type. To right, a single storey wing with C20 three-light and single light. To left, 2-storey east wing has first floor C20 two-light, ground floor 2- light hollow-moulded window and 3-light recessed chamfered window, both apparently original, though possibly reset. East end wall has similar first floor 3-light. All windows have C20 leaded lights. Rear mostly C20, one 2-light hollow-moulded mullion window. Included for group value.
