Description

Green Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century, built on an earlier structure. It features a mix of rubble stone and some squared rubble, topped with a slate roof and end stacks. The house is two stories high and has a three-window range, with 12-pane exposed-box sash windows and a central door that has a hood supported by brackets. The building has flush quoins. At the rear, there is a north-west wing made of rubble stone, while a rendered north-east wing was added in 1933. The west end wall incorporates the gable of the earlier structure.
