Description

Croft View is a house dating from the mid-18th century, located on the west side of Main Street in Whittington. It is constructed of roughly-shaped rubble stone and has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor windows are sashed and set in plain reveals. The doorway has a worn stone surround featuring a shallow edge roll moulding and an outer cyma moulding. The building has gable chimneys. It is listed for its contribution to the character of the surrounding area.
