Description

Carr House is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with a stone slate roof. The house has two storeys and two bays. The windows have flush-chamfered mullions; the ground-floor window is of three lights, while those on the first floor are of two lights. A 20th-century gabled stone porch now covers the doorway in the left-hand bay. The right-hand (north-west) gable features coping with kneelers and a chimney.
