6/1 Bellhill Farmhouse 4.10.1967 (Formerly listed as Bell Hill)

House, possibly early C18th with C17th remains. Sandstone rubble with stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Windows mullioned, with rebate and chamfer, those on the ground floor with hoods. To the left is one of 3 lights, to the right one of 4 lights with king mullion. On the 1st floor are ones of 2 lights, the left-hand and central ones with incomplete hoods. Door, in central bay, has moulded surround and battlemented lintel inscribed: 'IF 1684'. Gables have chimneys, and copings with kneelers. At the rear (north) are rebated and chamfered window surrounds with no mullions, a drip course of undressed stone, and a doorway with moulded surround.
