Description

Ivy House is an early 18th-century brick house with a slate roof, featuring a double-depth, two-storey central-entrance plan and an attic. A 20th-century garage is attached to the right gable. The house has three bays, with two brick string courses, a modillion eaves cornice, and gable stacks. The entrance includes a recessed six-panel door with a moulded timber surround and a pediment. There are two ground floor windows and three first floor windows, all with cambered brick arches and repaired casement windows consisting of two and three lights.
