Description

Sinderland House is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Red House Lane in Dunham Massey. The building is constructed of brick with a rendered front elevation and features a slate roof. It has a double-depth central-staircase plan, comprising two storeys plus an attic. The house includes a stone plinth and a first-floor sill band. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door topped by a late 19th-century pitched hood. On either side of the door, each floor has a 16-pane sash window with a stone sill, and above these, there is a similar 12-pane sash window. The house is also adorned with late 19th-century gable stacks and attic lights.
