Description

The Hollies is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and has a slate roof. The building is two stories tall and features a double-depth central-staircase plan with a two-story wing at the rear. The front elevation has three bays, with a central doorway that includes a four-panel door, a fanlight with radial bars, and pilasters. There are a total of five 16-pane sash windows, each with stone sills and cambered brick arches. The house also has gable stacks.
