Description

Willow Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and topped with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features a layout that is two rooms deep and two rooms wide, with a central entrance and no hall. There is a slightly later lean-to on the left side and an outshut at the rear. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a fanlight and a decorative timber porch. The cottage has a total of four windows, which have wedge lintels and stone sills, and are sashed with glazing bars. There are late 19th-century gable stacks, and the rear of the building features casement windows.
