Description

Orchard View is a late 18th-century building, originally two cottages that have been combined into one. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick under a slate roof. The building was originally single-depth but has been extended to the rear, with a partial 20th-century addition. There are two central doorways, one of which has been converted into a window; both have cambered brick arches, and the remaining doorway retains a heavy door frame. The ground floor has two windows of three lights each, also with cambered brick arches, while the first floor has three windows of two lights. All windows are casements with glazing bars.
