Description
Nos. 190, 191, and 192 Dewhirst Road are three houses built around 1800. They are constructed from watershot stone and feature a stone slate roof, although Nos. 191 and 192 have 20th-century tiles. The houses are three stories tall, double-depth, and one room wide, with a door to the right in each case. The windows have flat-faced mullions, with three lights (mullions removed), three lights (with bay windows added), and four lights on the ground floor, as well as four, five, and six lights on the first floor, and six, seven, and eight lights on the second floor. The doors are framed by square-cut monolithic jambs and lintels. Each house has ridge chimney-stacks located on the gables and between them.
