Description
This is a small house, dating probably to the late 18th century, and now used as an education centre. It has been altered over time. The exterior is white-painted render over brick, with a slate roof. The house follows a double-depth, double-fronted plan and has two storeys and two windows, appearing symmetrical. A small lean-to porch with latticework shelters the central doorway. The windows are 16-pane unhorned sashes, with exposed window boxes. Gable chimneys are present. At the rear, there is one small horizontal-sliding sash window on each floor. The interior has not been inspected. The building is attached to and forms a group with numbers 803 and 805, which are part of The Grove.
