House circa 1830. White-painted brick with flush eaves and verges to grey slate gabled roof; 2 flush gable chimneys. A simple 2 storey 3 window house. Recessed sashes, 16-pane to lower and 12-pane to upper storey. 6-panel door with flush lower and raised middle and upper panels in pedimented timber doorcase of Doric derivation. Interior: Shaped open-string dog-leg stair with stick balusters and mahogany rail with curtail. 6-panel doors.
