Description

Wistaria Cottage is a house built around 1830, constructed of white brick and creamwashed. It features a slate roof and is two storeys tall with three bays. The central entrance has a half-glazed door set within a doorcase that includes patterned jambs, a frieze, and a hood. The reveals and soffit are panelled. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars, set in reveals with sills beneath cambered wedge lintels. There is a band on the first floor, where similar sash windows with glazing bars are located, along with a blocked central window. The roof is overhanging and hipped, with later red brick corniced stacks at the ends. The interior has not been inspected.
