Description

Richardsons Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the late 16th century to the 17th century, with later alterations and additions. It is timber-framed and features a plain tile roof and a red brick stack. The building has two storeys and a four-window front, with an off-centre door located in a 20th-century porch. The windows are also 20th-century cross windows. The timber-framing is thin and includes long straight braces. To the left, there is an outshut under a pent roof, and the roof has a hipped ridge stack. Inside, the farmhouse has hollow chamfered beams and moulded joists with run-out stops, as well as a bressummer with roll-moulding.
