Description

41 Sunderland Street is a shop that was originally built with accommodation above, although the upper floor is now used for storage. The building is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a single-window range. There is an inserted shop front on the right side, while the original doorway remains on the left. The doorway is framed by a Gothick doorcase with clustered shafts that end in pinnacles on either side of an ogee archway. Above the doorway, there is a single four-pane sash window, and the building has a parapet at the eaves. An end wall stack is present.
