Description

22 King Street is a house that has been converted into a shop with accommodation above. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys raised over a basement and features a narrow two-window range. There is a round-arched doorway with a fanlight located to the right, which is accessed by steps. Next to the door is a 16-pane sash window with a flat-arched gauged brick head, and above are two 12-pane sash windows, all of which have heavy wood surrounds. The building also has an end wall stack. The interior has not been inspected.
