Description

No. 24 King Street is a terraced house, now functioning as a shop with accommodation above. It dates from the early 19th century and features a single unit double-pile plan, standing two storeys tall with a basement. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a slate roof. The doorway is located to the right and is accessed by steps, with an original bow window to the left above a small basement opening. There is a narrow 12-pane sash window above the doorway, framed by a heavy wood surround. The eaves overhang and are supported by wrought-iron brackets, and there is a stack on the end wall. The interior has not been inspected.
