Description

This house dates from approximately 1820 to 1830. It is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. The building is three storeys high and has a two-window front. A doorway with a six-panelled door is set within a round-arched brick architrave on the right side of the façade, with a matching segmental-headed entrance to the passage on the left. A wide central window with 20 panes is present, also with a segmentally-arched brick head. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes, with 9-pane sashes in the attic storey. A moulded wood eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. An outshut extends to the rear. Gable end stacks are visible. The interior has not been inspected.
