Description

No. 38 Park Green is a house, now used for commercial purposes, dating from around 1800. It features a rendered exterior over brick and a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a single-window range with a doorway located to the left. The entrance has a plain doorcase that leads to a six-panelled door. On the ground floor, there is a Palladian window that retains some interlace tracery in the central lunette, while a four-pane sash window is positioned above it. A continuous sill band runs along the first floor, and there are paired eaves brackets. The building has an end wall stack.
