Description
No. 36 Park Green is a house that is currently used as offices. It was built in the late 18th century and features a rendered exterior over brick with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and a five-window range, with a central entrance bay that is slightly advanced. The entrance is framed by an open pedimented doorcase supported by engaged Tuscan columns, and there is a radial fanlight above the door. The ground floor has two-pane sash windows, while the upper floor features tall and narrow wood mullioned windows. All windows have painted stone voussoir heads with keystones, and there are stacks at the end and rear walls.
