Description
No. 25B on Broad Chare is a warehouse built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed from local pinkish-red brick in English garden wall bond and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and five bays, presenting a nearly symmetrical façade. The central wagon door is located below Dutch loading doors on the upper floors, with the top door being narrower. There are regular small windows set in segmental arches. To the right, there is a boarded door with a barred overlight, and an inserted wagon door is found on the left. Additionally, there is a segmental-arched cellar chute located below a ground-floor window.
