Description
No. 10 Grey Street is a tall, narrow building dating from 1908, located in Newcastle upon Tyne. It features a serpentine pediment with armorial bearings and is constructed of ashlar stone with banded corner pilasters. The building has four storeys and an attic, with a single bay. Its classical window treatment includes a round-arched entrance that has coarse mouldings and carved spandrels, which are flanked by large consoles.
