Description
This is a mid-18th century farm building located to the east of Whickham Riding School House, on the north side of Whickham Highway. The building is constructed of coursed squared sandstone with quoins, and has a corrugated iron roof with flat stone coping. It is a single-storey structure with a gable end facing the street. This gable end features an eaves-level band with a raised stone surround to a blocked lunette above a blocked door. The building has two returns.
