Description
Oak Villa is an 18th-century house that has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is built from sandstone rubble with quoins and has a roof made of 20th-century pantiles. The house has two storeys and features three windows. The central entrance consists of a glazed door topped by an oblong fanlight and a hood supported by large brackets. The windows have chamfered flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills, and they are fitted with sashes that include glazing bars. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is noted to have window shutters.
