House, now farmbuildings Probably C16, west part C18. Rubble with dressings; west part with stone slates, remainder asbestos roof, brick stacks, 2 storeys, 5 bays, irregular. 2-bay C18 part to left has boarded door with 4-pane sash to left; smaller windows above, that over door blocked Right end stack old brick, left rebuilt in brick on projecting stone base. Older section has vertical-panelled door in two- centred hollow-chamfered arch in central bay; boarded doors in flanking bays, that to right in flat-pointed chamfered surround. Scattered fenestration including blocked mullioned windows on ground floor. Right return shows slit vent. Rear elevation shows outshut to C18 part and former 2-light timber-frame window to left.

Traditionally associated with Hexham Priory. The older part of the range shows evidence of several building phases.
