Description

No. 15 is a house, now used as offices, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick in English Garden Wall Bond and features raised alternating ashlar quoins. The roof is made of Welsh slate and the building stands three storeys high with three bays. In the right bay, there is a six-panel door topped with a patterned fanlight, all set within an architrave that includes a keystone. The windows are two-pane sashes with wedge lintels and sill bands, and there is a moulded cornice along the top. The gabled roof has flat coping and end stacks.

The property is complemented by iron area railings that have square bars and standards topped with twisted finials. Inside, there is a staircase with stick balusters, six-panel doors with fluted surrounds and paterae, as well as contemporary plaster friezes and ceiling roses.
