Description
No. 7 Saville Place is a house, now used as offices, dating from around 1810. It is constructed of English bond brick with a painted ashlar plinth and dressings, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has three storeys and attics, featuring three windows along the front and three additional windows in a canted bay on the right side. There are two steps leading up to a six-panelled door, which is set beneath an overlight with glazing bars, located in the third bay. All windows have wedge-stole lintels, and the glazing has been renewed, including some sash windows. The second floor has projecting stone sills, while sill bands are present on the ground and first floors. The eaves feature a band and gutter cornice. The roof has a long hip over the canted bay and an end brick chimney.
