Description

No. 71 Claypath is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the late 18th century. It features painted brick with ashlar dressings and a Welsh slate roof topped with a brick chimney. The building has three storeys and one wide bay. On the left side, there is a partly glazed door with an overlight set within an architrave. The late 19th-century sash windows are in moulded frames and have projecting stone sills. The ground and first-floor windows are topped with flat stone lintels, while the top window has a header-course brick lintel at the eaves. There is a chimney located at one end of the building.
