Description
This is a cart shed and bothy located about 10 yards north of Old Town Farmhouse, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed stone and features a roof made of Welsh slate and stone slate. The building is single storey and consists of three bays. On the left side, there are boarded double doors, while the center has a segmental arch. The right side has a blank wall of the bothy, which includes a low, round-arched apse that now has a tap. The roof is gabled and has a banded ridge stack. The door and window for the bothy are located on the right return. This structure is included for its group value.
