Description
20 Bondgate Without is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. The facade features three windows and is constructed of plain ashlar stone with a moulded cornice at the eaves. The roof is covered with slate and has coped gables, along with brick chimneys at the gable ends. The windows are late glazed sash style, with the central window being blind. The central doorway has steps leading up to a six-panel door. A blind window on the first floor displays a Newcastle Fire Insurance Mark. At the rear, there is a round-headed staircase window with printed glazing at the top.
