Description
31 Fenkle Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is made of plain ashlar stone with a slate roof and two brick chimneys. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, with the second floor having single hung windows; the lower sash of the right-hand window on the second floor is made of plate glass. To the left of the building, there is a small entrance leading to a through passage, while the right side has an early 20th-century shop front that includes a central doorway and four fluted pilasters supporting a continuous fascia. At the rear, there is a long three-storey extension.
