Description
39 Fenkle Street is an early 19th century building that stands three storeys tall and features five windows. The structure is made of ashlar stone and has cill courses on the first and second floors, along with a moulded eaves cornice and a slate roof. The second floor has late glazed sash windows, while the first floor is fitted with plate glass windows. The ground floor boasts a very large late 19th century shop front, which includes four panelled pilasters with brackets supporting a continuous double fascia, along with pendants at intervals. There is a central doorway with a panelled lintel, flanked by three plate glass shop windows on each side.
