Description

This is an early to mid-18th century building of three storeys and three windows, located on the east side of Fenkle Street. The exterior is constructed of ashlar, with horizontal bands of stone at the first and second floor sill levels. The ground floor sill band is partially removed and altered, likely due to the enlargement of the window on the left-hand side. The roof is covered in pantiles, and there are two brick chimneys. The windows are plate glass sash windows. A central doorway is distinguished by a pulvinated frieze and a moulded architrave, leading to a flush panel door.
