Description

37 Fenkle Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features a plain ashlar façade. It has a moulded cornice just below the eaves and a slate roof topped with two modern brick chimneys. The building has plate glass sash windows arranged in a pattern of three plus one. The late 19th-century shop front includes three arch-headed shop windows and two doors, one of which is recessed. There is an entrance to a through passage on the left side. The fascia is recessed in the centre and adorned with four large carved brackets, along with an egg and dart cornice.
