BONDGATE WITHOUT 1. 5330 (North Side) No 10 NU 1913 7/184 II GV 2. C18 altered. Three storeys and 3 windows. Ashlar with moulded eaves cornice. Slate roof with brick chimneys. Late glazed sash windows. Two storey 4 light parapeted bay with paired sashes above on 2nd floor. Later central doorcase with moulded hood and round headed; jambs. Six panel door.
