Description

The Chestnuts is an 18th-century building located on Hollow Lane. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a pitched roof with three storeys. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a parapet, along with shaped gable ends. There are three ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars.

On the south side, there is a mid-19th century one-storey projection that includes two tripartite double-hung sash windows flanking a door with a round arch, moulded imposts, voussoirs, and a keystone in recessed panels. To the north, there is a two-storey extension that is rendered and has a pitched stone roof.
