Description

12 and 14 Bondgate Without are an 18th and early 19th century building, altered in later periods. The building is three storeys high with a facade of four windows. It is constructed of ashlar, with cill courses and an eaves course. The roof is slate, with coped verges and kneelers, and the building has brick chimneys. Late-glazed sash windows are present throughout. A three-storey, three-light bay is located on the right-hand side, featuring a blocking course and round-headed windows on the first floor. Two inserted round-headed French windows with cast-iron balconies are on the first floor to the left. A tripartite window is located on the ground floor to the left.
