Description
Summertown House is an early to mid-19th century building constructed of ashlar. It stands two storeys high and features five windows arranged in a 1:3:1 pattern, with an eaves pediment above the central three windows. The central window on the upper floor is blank. The building has sash windows with glazing bars and a late 19th-century canted bay window on the left side of the ground floor. There is a doorway located at the side, and the house is topped with a hipped slate roof.
