Description

Nos. 94 and 95 Elvet Bridge is a house that has been converted into a shop and house, dating from the late 17th century. The building features painted render and a painted stone plinth, topped with a Welsh slate roof and a new brick chimney. It stands three storeys high and has three bays. On the right side, there is a partly-glazed six-panelled house door, while the shop has a central door. The building has a plain fascia. The first floor includes a central oriel window with glazing bars, and there are two casement windows on the second floor. The left end chimney has been renewed, and the right end features rendered gable coping that rises above the roof line. The top floors were empty at the time of the survey.
