It features painted incised stucco with a painted stone plinth on the left side and a Welsh slate roof topped with a brick chimney. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor includes a door in the second bay, which has an overlight and is flanked by plain painted pilasters, along with a bracketed fascia. Above, there are two late 19th-century sash windows in wide boxes. The left side has a brick chimney, while the right side has a rendered chimney.
Inside, there is a 18th-century kitchen range located in the corner of the basement, featuring plain painted jambs and a lintel. The building is included for its group value.
