Description

No. 3 Tees View is a house built in the late 18th century, with later alterations and additions at the rear. The exterior features partly-roughcast dressed sandstone and a pantiled roof, which has a double course of sandstone flags at the eaves. The house has a rebuilt brick stack.

The front of the house is two stories high with two bays. It includes a 20th-century door with a three-pane overlight that has Gothick glazing bars in a tooled surround. To the left, there is a sash window in a flat surround with a raised sill, featuring a 6-pane lower sash and an upper sash with intersecting tracery. Above this, there is an identical window, with a blank bay to the right. The steeply-pitched roof has coped gables with shaped kneelers and a stack on the left gable.
