Description

This is a K6 type telephone call-box located near The Goldcroft Public House. It is a square, red kiosk made of cast iron. The call-box features an embossed foundry plate that reads "Carron Company, Stirlingshire." It has a domed roof with four lunettes that display King George VI crowns above red-lettered opals and ventilation slits. The door and sides have raised surrounds with marginal glazing bars for the horizontal glazing. The rear of the kiosk is blank, and it stands on a moulded plinth.
