Description
This is a K6 type telephone call-box located at the Church of St Madoc. It is a square, red kiosk made of cast iron and follows the standard design. The foundry plate on the rear is inscribed with "Carron Company, Stirlingshire." The call-box features a domed roof with four lunettes that contain embossed George VI crowns above red lettered opals and ventilation slits. The sides and door have raised surrounds, and the horizontal glazing is fitted with marginal bars. The rear is blank, and it stands on a moulded plinth.
