Description

12 Baron Street is a terraced house dating from the 18th century, attached to numbers 8-16 and sharing a common roofline and facade. The house is rendered and painted with a slate roof and shared square brick stacks. It is two storeys high and double-fronted, with a symmetrical two-window arrangement. The windows are 12-pane sashes set in reveals. A central doorway has a recessed horizontally-panelled door, and there is a visible plinth.
