Description

This is a house with an early 19th-century front, located on Old Market Street, and it shares the same building line as Nos 43 and 45. The exterior is rendered with scribed roughcast and painted. It features a steep-pitched roof with a brick stack on the right side. The house has two storeys and a two-window range of 12-pane sash windows on the first floor. The ground floor includes a tripartite sash window in the center and a doorway to the left, which has a wide bracketed hood and a 6-panelled part-glazed door. At the front, there is a kerb with railings that have arrow and urn finials, along with a gate featuring diamond bracing.
