Description
No. 13 Mill Street is a two-storey house with three windows, featuring rendered walls and moulded quoins. The slate roof has end brick chimneys. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane horned sash windows. The ground floor has a central bay with a hipped slated hood over the doorway, which has a moulded surround and overlight, leading to a panelled door. On either side of the door, there are splayed bay windows with horned sash windows. The property is complemented by a low forecourt wall with iron railings, central gatepiers with moulded caps, and an iron gate.
