The gravestone of Elizabeth Liddill is made of Forest of Dean sandstone and features a scalloped top. It is inscribed with the following text:

Here lie the Remains of ELIZABETH the Wife of John Liddill of Picadilly in ye City of LONDON Perfumer who Departed this Life August ye 23rd 1768

The inscription is in finely cut lettering.
