Description

This is a K6 type telephone call box located outside The Crown public house. It is a square kiosk made of cast iron and stands on a moulded plinth. The roof is domed and features four lunettes that contain embossed crowns above red-lettered opals and ventilation slits. The sides and door of the kiosk have raised surrounds with marginal bars on the horizontal glazing.
